Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to start a return Email us at mmand01@duck.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with next steps.

Return shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-returnable items Certain items cannot be returned, including items marked "Final Sale" and products that have been used or damaged after delivery.

Damaged or wrong items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
